Seems like the city's half assed management crashes and burns every other week like a damn helicopter without a rotor blade.

I hate to do this but I don't have much of an option. I need help. Amaterasu tracked Kurt's scent and he's trapped inside some sort of warehouse, it's near the beach. He's not alone in there, there's more people but I don't know who are they or how dangerous they can be.
